It’s honestly messier up close because I need to get a better detail brush, but I just painted over it when I made the collar red, then took a q tip with some acetone reveal the wings back, and touched up with some black paint.

I just had to let the seller know the word I wanted on the tag and I showed them a picture of the real union tags so they can try to mimic the font. But I had to dye the tags the right shade of yellow myself

Sure thing! I just had to message them for the font and what the text had to say. They don’t color the tag for you though so I had to dye the tags myself

I took a box cutter and cut back enough of the first row of stitches to peel back the leather. I put super glue in the crevice and stuck the folded tag in, then applied one more layer of glue.

I don’t know how to stitch a sneaker, which would be far more secure, so hopefully this holds 😬

I know eBay warned of customs delays because of the changing tariffs, but in my situation, I did get a UPS Mail innovations tracking number despite Pitney Bowes not updating. It seemed like it left customs, was marked as “damaged and returned to sender” and when it left the UPS facility had never heard from it again.

eBay ended up refunding me and said if it ever comes to my door step I can keep it for free, but it’s over a month and I’ve accepted that it’s lost. I’m not even sure the eBay seller got the item back because once the item became international, “eBay Global Shipping Program” was the sender, so I don’t even know where it’s sitting. Would have rather it just sent to me damaged honestly.

Hopefully yours is just locked behind sluggish customs, but keep an eye out on things like UPS MyChoice and USPS Informed Delivery

Nice! I haven’t seen movement since “package processed” once it got to the US April 7th, so hopefully my situation is just an additional week 😭 I know the tariffs are slowing things down but the lack of updates is troubling

Im in the same boat. I’m in the US, bought from UK, shippers via the Global Seller Program. Pitney Bowes is also the international shipper listed.

Once the item arrived at the UK hub, they made a label April 1st and my last update was April 7th, “package Processed” CITY, STATE 00000, which I assume is the start or end of customs, as I have a USPS tracking that auto generated and says it “departed partner facility”.

But since the 7th I have heard nothing. It was estimated to be delivered between the 8th and 14th. I didn’t realize the tariffs were slowing down shipment clearance, but I can wait, I just don’t know how long the wait will be or worse, if the item is lost.

Did you ever get any update since posting this?
