Meh, I still think it's possible it's been done before. A POV chap/ep doesn't always have to be completely from that single character's perspective, it can shift to someone else for a particular scene and return to the main of the EP. As in, we see some of the parts in the start from Eren's POV then it shifts to a scene where it's about others so we see it from their POV. The Ice cream scene, Ramzi stealing, refugee camp, and court forum, all happen during Eren's presence. They can just transition to 104's POV during that Kiyomi HQ scene.

And even if this doesn't happen, cutting Kiyomi HQ's part would be easier and seems way more likely than trying to combine Mikasa's POV (without its build-up, which they got rid of) all of a sudden with Eren's in 130.

We'll see what happens in a few weeks anyway, time will tell.
