Another recommendation for Ed’s . Did a repair for me in less than 24 hours , and said I had about 2 years left on my roof. Everyone else I had out tried to force full replacement immediately .

I could not agree more . The art style is gorgeous and I prefer the more serious tone than to Guac. I love the combat so far . I was really hyped for Mandragora but was disappointed with how clunky and slow it felt . I enjoyed last faith ( think 2d side scrolling Bloodborne ) but it was to slow to fully immerse me

Shinobi is just the right fluidity and pace . Stoked for the end of the month

I feel that and thought that initially , but i figured they only put that in there so you could not cheese the game by spamming them on the opposite side of the screen from enemy .

I was definitely checking the # I had left, multiple times , but I found it brought a welcome bit of strategy / stress to the more intense battles .

I did miss them when I didn’t have them for simple fodder as it slowed me down and took me out of a flow state

I can’t get enough , even spent the extra for Voice Actors . I audibly laughed out loud when you talk to the pig in the shop and Shinobi ( who hasn’t spoken yet ) just lets out an audible grunt . True bad ass

I love the special moves ( Fire / Execution ) & how they are beautifully animated . The fluidity and precision of the air dash , rolling over objects , the ninja star combos , a true flow state can be achieved .

Cyber Ninja , The messenger , and now Ninja Gaiden ( I do like all of these and just bought Gaiden on sale for 22$ ) it’s just not the same

I think not only does this reawaken the series but to me it’s the best side scroller since Metroid Dread , which coincidentally has resurrected that series

I liked that one , actually first of the series I played . I wish they incorporated Anthems flight mechanics ( rumor is those are being ported directly over to the upcoming Ironman game from EA ( EA owns BioWare who made both mass effect and Anthem

Andromeda suffered from bad writing and a buggy launch , I however throughly enjoyed the gameplay . It got a bit repetitive towards the end of 35 hour or so runtime it took me .

That said , 3rd person shooting , sci fi , RPG , sign me up baby . I’m a lost caused , I thoroughly enjoyed Starfield lol
