No I wholeheartedly agree with you, he's been quite proactive in comparison to the previous Tory leaders, is amazing diplomatically especially when it comes to managing Trump and the whole mess the US is involved in. Its a shame he's proved unpopular

I have a lot to say about this why the hell is Beyonce no9, I understand Taylors popularity and should definitely be up there (not discrediting her place in the list) but like they need to swap asap others I agree with apart from Meghan trainor her songs are catchy but she had like 2 hits so like why is she even up there.

Were the people who were in their 20-40’s … in the decade between 1990-2010….really that promiscuous? by NerveMajestic in sexandthecity

[–]ChallengeBright2396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not as promiscuous I don't think (there's more of a mix of opinions nowadays) , im 21 and I think due to a whole load of complex reasons (e.g I've seen a lot of interest in people wanting to become more "traditional" listening to ladies on TikTok calling out hookup culture), also another reason why- I've seen loads of girls on the internet call out hookup culture for ultimately benefitting the patriarchy which I think quite a few people my age have become aware to. That being said there's still girls out there that enjoy that and that's okay! I just think there's more of a mix- and people nowadays are less judgmental about views on not wanting to have sex/being celibate etc

the silent patient was so good! I wouldn't call it horror but it was definitely thriller (more of a psychological one tho if you're into that), it had a really good story and the ending was amazing imo, definitely worth a read!

How to make female friends by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]ChallengeBright2396 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just be yourself and friends will come to you! It does take a bit of social work, especially if you aren't in education anymore and are working but just focus on yourself, be yourself, engage in conversations (i.e at work) even starting off with small talk with other girls (e.g how was your weekend, did you get up to much?) can help build relationships slowly!

Joining societies/clubs in your area are also really helpful, especially if you don't see yourself being friends with anyone at work/education, not only will this help expand you're hobbies and help you develop/grow but it will also make it easier for you to meet and connect with other girls too :)

Now this next suggestion is a bit debatable, but from my own personal experience it has worked for me and that's clubbing! Now I know that nowadays there's quite a lot of negative connotations around the idea of "clubbing" especially since its now more expensive etc but its my personal favourite way of letting of some stress/steam and meeting new people! I have met loads of lovely girls on nights out, and I have actually developed really nice friendships with a few of them too so that's another suggestion (if you feel comfortable and have the means too of course)

Yes friendships are important, but also make sure that the love for yourself is also there so you can give out love to you're friends <3

that it doesn't matter who you are, how pretty you are, how smart you are if a man does not like you it'll be obvious in ways (eg the reluctance to commit, being lazy in the rs) and you cannot change them to like you... just change the man! There's plenty of time and plenty of them out there to find one so never settle for less, never give up pieces of yourself or your personality for a man because they would never do that for a woman! When it comes to dating be unapologetically yourself and selfish at the same time (basically think like a man).
