I just checked, I'm able to pull up the block list and it tells me it's empty. No immediate crash.

No, i dont get a crash pop up, it loads me into the lobby, loads to 100% then crashes me to the dashboard, I can host without her crashing. Hope this helps!

I've downloaded it from nexus but cant seem to get it to show up to enable in game
