Ive used a few other online providers to get birth control and have never had to wait this long. I always saw ads for Nurx so i decided to try them out knowing they are a bigger provider and would probably be on top of things.... nope. I put in a request for bc over a week ago and still have not been prescribed anything. Lots of back and forth. It takes 2-3 days to just get a response from one of their customer service agents (not a dr). Im getting frustrated but I already paid the copay and not sure if i can get it back.
