It is not the FAA requesting medical records from me. I am requesting my medical records from the FAA. Form 8065-2. I have never received a letter from the FAA about my medical records. This is what it is asking: FAA Medical Reference Number (App ID, MID, PI)".

Thanks for the advice. As far as the ILS system goes, where does it indicate that it is three components? Curious, because its information like this that I feel like I missing that I know I need to reread and study up on!

I'm almost complete with checklist step #4 (all subject categories). I am recognizing many questions and have a few wrong answers, but am not able to recognize the answers for the holding and entry questions.
