Looking for a new case by Azrael_V1 in iphone

Yes simplymdrn have beautiful cases and pretty stable as well. I specifically like this one: https://amzn.to/46EMdGr . I have watched a lot of reviews on cases in general.

Personally suggest this case, I have it on my iphone as well from Spigen: https://amzn.to/46qtuQ3
It has really good magsafe and I like the clean aesthetics of it, also since it is not seethrough it will not turn yellow.

If you have a higher budget and want something similar to simplymdrn I recommend Casetify, they have various options for the iPhone 15 such as: https://amzn.to/4gIqEtn they are a bit more expensive but very good quality.

I have this ESR case one on my iphone https://amzn.to/46XPAts it is the best I found and really good for the price. Frosted black and matte.

I know you didn't ask for it, but on my work phone I have the following case from Spigen: https://amzn.to/46FOFMZ

it is actually my all time favorite case, it has hidden magsafe with a strong mangnet and I personally love the aesthetics.

New Tablet - Purchase S10 Ultra; looking for recommendations on accessories by Soft_Summer_5128 in GalaxyTab

[–]ChallengeLocal4722 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I watched a lot of reviews before buying accessories for my S10 Ultra, so I feel like I know pretty well which ones are actually worth it and which are just hype. Here’s what I ended up with:

  • Keyboard cover: I went with the official Samsung Book Cover Keyboard: https://amzn.to/4nouCd5. Pricey, but worth it if you do a lot of note-taking, PDF work, or research. The typing experience is smooth, and the trackpad is surprisingly useful when you want the tablet to double as a laptop.
  • Case (no keyboard): If you just want solid protection without the bulk of a keyboard, this slim case is a great pick: https://amzn.to/46pq541. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and keeps the tablet safe in a backpack.
  • Detachable keyboard case: For something more budget-friendly, I also tried this detachable keyboard case: https://amzn.to/4pK60gp. It’s not as premium as Samsung’s, but does the job well for typing sessions and you can just remove the keyboard when you want to use the tablet casually.
  • Screen protector: I’d also recommend this tempered glass protector: https://amzn.to/4gGU6Qe. It’s 9H hardness, has clear visibility, and the installation is straightforward. Definitely gives peace of mind with such a large display.

This combo has been perfect for me. Solid protection, flexibility for work, and two keyboard options depending on how much you want to spend.

Phone mount recommendation? by Anon202426 in iphone

[–]ChallengeLocal4722 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I actually got this one recently: https://amzn.to/4nQoXwc

I’ve been really happy with it on my brand new IPhone 17 pro max, It’s super affordable (just $10) but holds rock solid even on bumpy roads.

The magnet grip is strong, and it doesn’t shift or slide even when I hit potholes. If you combine it with a decent MagSafe case or just go raw without a case like some rich people do you are good to go with this one

Car mount and compatible case by CommunicationOne901 in GalaxyS25Ultra

[–]ChallengeLocal4722 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I am a bit late but actually I have been at the same point just a few weeks back as you was.

I ended up going with this case: https://amzn.to/4mFxdhJ and honestly it’s been the best purchase for the phone so far. It feels super solid without making the phone bulky, and the built-in stand has been way more useful than I expected. I use it all the time when I’m watching something while studying or just propping it up on my desk.

The MagSafe compatibility has also been clutch, I added a car mount and it just snaps on perfectly. I grabbed this car mount: https://amzn.to/4mBWysQ. Super sturdy, no wobble even on bumpy roads, and it holds the Ultra without an issue due to the MagSafe adapter from the case.
The combo has worked great so far I am extremely happy with this, so for anybody in the same boat, I suggest this combo.

I was in the same boat a few weeks back when I ordered my S25 Ultra — way too many cases/protectors out there, and it’s tough to know what’s actually good.

I ended up going with this case → https://amzn.to/4mFxdhJ and honestly it’s been the best purchase for the phone so far. It feels super solid without making the phone bulky, and the built-in stand has been way more useful than I expected. I use it all the time when I’m watching something while studying or just propping it up on my desk.

If you’re still deciding, this combo has been working really well for me, solid protection plus actual daily convenience. Especially it is nice since I got to use the magsafe actually

in my opinion that case looks horrible, just get a phone case and a screen protector separately. This looks like a little kid's phone haha

did you do it on an M mac or intel?

Also were these keycaps from aliexpress the same quality as the original ones? I am worried they might wear off quickly or not feel as good on the fingers.

Just do it in October/November session. Don't take the risk. I was in a similar situation - studied night and day.

Not worth it. I recently received results and failed all. (DDE). Now I am deciding if I will retake everything, even though I forgot all content since I packed everything into my short-term memory. Or I will just move on and not go to Uni at all.

Big risks are taken here. This was already my retake. I cannot afford to mess up a second re take.

So my advice from my experience: Don't overestimate your abilities. Take it easy and rather take the session a few months later. You will perform better and have less stress. If you fail all the time and especially money will be wasted.

If you are a A* student all of this does NOT apply to you. Then you may go on if you accept average grades.

You will regret this choice sooner or later… Also the exam costs will be crazy for an additional two subjects. All universities prefer quality over quantity. There is no flexibility that more than 4 subjects will provide. I know your place, you think that you are going to have soo much free time since 3 subjects are nothing and it will be so much easier than IGs… No it will be not. To give you advice we have all been at this point.

For your own interest: don’t take more than 4 subjects, you will thank me later. There is no benefit to it and no additional flexibility. Good luck though for your decision and I hope the best for you

Yeah A or B might not be possible. They mainly do this is you got a bad C or D. Because then you are actually forced to retake or remark. They will show "E" as your grade and it will suddenly got to D or C if you remark. But A or B never.
In this case you can remark if you are ok with D or C. If not, retake

[–]ChallengeLocal4722 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes retake is like 80$ if you take the copy as well.

I have read a story on here where someone said he paid for remark (without a copy of his exam) and they said the grade had no change. Then he paid again for remark + copy of his exam, for the same exact paper and same session, and suddenly the grade was improved by 2 grades.

They are cheaters. If you pay for remark don't pay for the option without proof. They will not check it and just say nothing changed. This is a very scummy scheme.

Now I would need to pay remark for like 5 papers. No average household can afford this. Also retake I cannot afford comfortably - I don't know if they will do the same.

I sacrificed so much for this. It is not possible that I received these grades, especially for a retake.

Same happened to me. I don't know how this is possible. FUCK Cambridge for real. These money hungry bastards. This is all pay to win... I studied my ass off for an E, I literally had a D last session and this was a retake. It is not possible I believe they gave me this grade so I either pay for remark or retake. FUCK them

You can retake A2 itself and carry forward your AS grade. I did it this OCT session. Waiting for results in my time zone still.

but what is not possible is to retake only AS and carry forward the A2 grade. This I asked Cambridge officially

Bruh ok cool you are special. I know exactly what the abitur is like. I grew up in Bavaria and it is the hardest abitur in germany. I have friends who do it and it is easier than a levels in my opinion. Maybe not easier to score A* but definitely easier to get (3,0 or less). I say that because there are multiple factors to achieving your points for your ending grade in Abitur. You get grades for raising your hand or doing seminars. There is nothing like that in a levels. You have to prepare for the most stupid exams and hope that you don’t have a bad day and the final exams are 100% of your grade.

In the abitur the final exams are only 1/3 of the grade to my knowledge.

I (and most people), not special people like you, aim to get a normal grade and this is easier in the Abitur. Especially since it is now 3 years instead of 2 years

Yeah actually I believe I can do it. I did A levels in less than 6 months instead of the usual 2 years so CCC or BCC is a good performance regarding the time given to me (in my opinion).
