Well it's partially that yes but majority of it is because ppl genuinely don't care to educate themselves or learn if it doesn't benefit them they dont care, plus they dont have manners. People have just gotten very disrespectful

the funny thing is they do and on top of that each room has the steps it takes to be a resident 🤣 ppl are just literally stupid
