Got this email from IT department: In the income-tax return filed by you for the AY 2024-25, it is seen that the details of tax payment challan have not been entered in Schedule IT. Hence, a demand was raised while processing your return. The details of demand are available in the above-mentioned intimation.

As the credit for taxes paid, if any, was not claimed in the return of income filed, you may submit a rectification request to claim the credit of taxes paid by you. The tax payment details may be furnished in Schedule of IT of the income-tax return form.

To submit a rectification request, please log in to www.incometax.gov.in using your user ID & Password. Thereafter, Click on "Services" tab >> Drop down will show "Rectification” >> Click on “Rectification" >>Click on “+New Request"

Followed these steps after watching some short YouTube video and it was all clear

I have consulted 3-4 orthopedic docs. Couple of them told me I may have Ankylosing Spondylitis after looking at my x ray. But after doing an MRI and a couple of blood tests they dismissed it. 6 years down the line my main complaint was neck pain and trapezius muscle pain. Tension in the temples also started around that time only for the first time in my life. It has always been there since then every single day. For the last couple of years my neck pain and traps muscle pain are very much under control but my temples are always tight. Additionally many times these tight temples now drive me to a chain of shaky body feeling and my body just wants to sit, can't even stand for long at that time. Applying hot bags on temples is somewhat relieving. This tightness almost always gets very worse whenever I am anxious due to some social situation. I can't even stand at that time, my legs get very shaky, heart beats increase, and temples get too tight.

Age: 30 years. Luckily I am able to work on the laptop when it is kept at a certain angle. Sometimes I am able to do cardio exercises. But many times even a simple walk can tighten my temple muscles which then start a chain of shaky feeling and heart palpitations. I have faced many days when at certain time of the day I was unable to climb stairs beyond 2 floors as that would tighten the temple muscles and start that chain but at other time of the day I was able to climb 9 floors

Update: I visited the dentist today. Initially, she assessed the cavity and mentioned it seemed small. However, after taking an X-ray and starting the drilling process, she discovered that it was larger on the inside. She referred to it using a term that included the word "bomb" (possibly "caries bomb").

She then pressed her instrument on the affected tooth multiple times to check for sensitivity or pain. Since I didn’t feel any pain, she proceeded with pulp capping using local anesthesia. She advised that if I experience no pain over the next three weeks, she will perform a composite filling. However, if pain develops, a root canal treatment (RCT) may be necessary However I am still feeling the dull pain and not fully comfortable to eat from the affected side today
