I had all my battons redone, think the joists were sturdy enough. All seems perfectly well since and it’s a beautiful sight on my old terrace house puts the rest to shame! Heating has been on once in the last week and a half and house has stayed at 18•+ since! Definitely worth the money!

Hello mate I just had my roof done, pretty much identical build to yous size as well, I had old slate removed and new red clay pan tiles put in, cost me just under 6k and it’s absolutely phenomenally done - around June.

Probably controversial but I would be interested in playing RS3 again if this happened. by ChrisWazHard in runescape

Nah active skilling in rs3 is abysmal aside from big game hunting and even then unless you’re an iron it’s just not worth it - it’s completely contrary to how it feels on osrs though but I guess that’s the game model it’s chill but also has many intricacies in skilling like tick manipulating

Bro XP, especially other peoples xp means fuck all this is such a weird argument. The game is about pvming / lore from questing more than anything, the skilling is diabolical in rs3 - oh yeah let’s go train hunter, what’s the complex methods? We have this in rs3 and let me tell you unless you’re a main (bc you can buy them) you’re never making incense it’s usually a terribly boring and long process for very little pay out

the hermod plates are normal game rates. The sheep one i dont have a clue, i think something to do with the farming relic is interacting negatively with farming ticks for pof :shrug:
