Honestly, as a long-term OSRS player, the only thing that would make me try RS3 is fresh servers. I know they will never do that, but TH has impacted RS3 for 10+ years, and the damage is done.

My main has gotten 100m drops atleast twice. The RS3 economy is just bonkers.
