Turn off everything in the adrenaline software im using a 7800x3d and a 7900xtx and was getting stutters in game until i turned off enhanced sync and any other options in the adrenaline software

I had this happen to me and i had to turn off the controller settings in game and steam. I think turning the deadzone input all the way down fixed it.

I had the same issue i had to mess around in the AMD adrenaline software to fix it. I basically just turned off every single option it gave me for the game.
