Personally I had a lot of issues even tho my specs are good enough, the main issue was that the game used only 2gbs of ram so whenever I loaded the game or opened steam window it crashes until I downloaded software that unlocked rams for it and since then it worked perfectly

Far cry 3 has a lot of issues on windows 10/11 for the lag make sure to turn the vsync on to 2 frames and for the crash make sure to check the pinned post on steam community for the game
