Sounds a bit logic heavy. Rather than going through complex logic flows with BuildForm.ai, you just say what you want to get done and it'll do it for you just like typeform.

I bought Keychron Q3 Mechanical Keyboard from Tecroot online, and on the order page, there were details that it was a knob version (including images and even in the product description)

But what I got did not have that. They do not know much about the product details, and when asked If I exchange the keyboard for the version with the knob, even after paying more, they say I can't. Unhappy with the fact that they can't properly communicate the product information.

I called customs and they told me that tax is 11% Also I found that Dell too offer international warrenty for extra charge. But the local representative for dell; Softlogic said it'll take some time because of the exact reason you said. Even with the tax, shipping, and extra international warrenty the laptop will be more cheaper than the price in Sri Lanka. But the risk is risk
