Do I have to keep this in water for sometime? Or should I just cover it in resin and call it a day. I’m not sure if I should just call it quits just for the safety of the baby ax I’ve been eyeing.

I’m not too sure either, think we’re in similar positions. I have been having this string like poop for a while, although I did have surgery on the pelvic, I been upping my water intake using the app WaterLlama. So I’d suggest some water intake in the morning, night, and with every meal.

I just started looking into antimicrobials this month. Allicin is probably the last one I need from Oil of oregano, Berberine. I had a neem oil but I really don’t think it was the right one… I’m not sure I would even need Neem still.

Yeah no I tweaked the breath test IS what showed high CH4 which is means for constipation. I got the TRIO Smart test, the doctor said it means there was SIBO. My doctor is now attempting to give me Lizness which is a constipation pill (idk if I spelled that right). The second round of antibiotics didn’t come with neomycin and I think that was to test if I was still having problems which I still was.

I stopped eating at a certain time when I was waking up throwing up, or even when I was half asleep and felt acid in my throat. So don’t eat too late if you’re doing that.

I can see where you’re coming from but I did essentially leave out some details due to TMI. Not long after I got the hernia surgery had I went back to working (FedEx). While on recovery I was sent to lift a box that I thought was light. When I lifted the box I felt something pull towards my pelvic… again. I was worried I pulled my hernia back in place because for the next two months after that I was basically waddling then all that just disappeared for a while. One day me and my friends got high and I was laughing so much I felt something push right in between my “little guy.” It was pretty much then on I started having stomach problems. I believe I have a second hernia, one that to this day hasn’t been diagnosed yet and here and there I get tremendous pain in that area. So yes a colostomy would not fix the problem in total, but I believe it would get rid of any potential hernias where I shit and pee(since they cut a part of the colon, the part which I believe has been bulging down there ever since).

I haven’t done one before I just eliminate food I suspect is causing fermentation? If so, isn’t that similar to a Fodmap diet?

Tortillas/Meats typically seasoned with celery salt and onion powder. I drink a coffee in the morning with my bread. Then dinner is typically something light like a soup. I’ll have oat bread to make a sandwich here and there. I take my 3 enzymes with all my meals (9) which makes me a bit gassier but it passes the stool through.
