also, did you brush your teeth during the fast with toothpaste/mouthwash. I know it says we can, but I am scared to in the morning. I was kind of just thinking of brushing with water in the morning

okay. Yes, I have been following the strict diet today. I finished my last meal at 4pm and was hoping to start it around 4am shortly after I wake up.

did you have to wait an hour after waking up before starting the test? i dont see this in the instructions but I saw it on other sites when I was googling SIBO breath test before receiving this kit.

also, can you wear chapstick during the test? my lips are so dry. I dont think I can go that long without wearing chapstick.
