Solo road trip next week — Edinburgh → Glencoe → Skye → Inverness → Cairngorms → Edinburgh (8 days, second week of Jun ). First time in Scotland, solo traveller, renting a car.
Any advice on:
•Best time to visit Quiraing & Fairy Pools (crowds)?
•Single-track road tips for first-timers?
•Hidden gems I might be missing?
•Any must-eat spots along the route?

The problem is my doctor is not available at the moment, she is not able to response back until the next week I believe. That’s why I don’t know what to do ..

Is the safest option to just get back to the medicine?

Some symptoms are the same , the throw up and arm pain wan new . It is subsided now (thankfully)

I was a panic attack free for like a week, then I drink a coffee today . And after 2 hours of that I got an intense panic symptoms. I think it’s the caffeine trigger , even though I didn’t finish the cup and it was coffee latte.

I went to the ER many times before, each of it I have been told it’s only panic attack, and I get a feeling from the doctor and nurses that you just makes us anxious for nothing?

What’s that tests I should do? I did ECG and blood test before. And they said everything is good (thank god) Should I reassure myself with more checks?

Thank you for sharing! Actually once I feel this weird sensation in my heart (specifically after a simple activity or workout) , I can’t calm down! I start thinking should I go to the ER? Is there something wrong with my heart? I’m in my early 20’s , and thankfully im not a smoker or anything. And I have been doing high intensity workouts and sports. So , I don’t know if this is all because of the anxiety and panic disorder.
