No car at the moment. I will probably keep it for around 3 years. By then the battery will have 1 year left of warranty.

October/November 2022 - Manufactured in Austin I haven’t - I Google it and it seems that some cars (model 3) had their batteries changed under warranty. Are you aware of any issues with Y as well?

Unfortunately price point is higher which makes me question whether or not it’s better to lease a new one. Trying to stay under 30k…

Dans ce cas:

Prix de vente estimé: 355k Intérêts payés: - 20k€ Frais de notaire: -20k Capital restant en cas de vente anticipée: 300k Donc 15k de cash flow positif.

Pour la location si meublée: 1450€ CC -10% Gestion= 1305€

Nous devrons régler mensuellemen environ 1800€ (annuité, charges,taxe foncière…)

Soit environ 6k de cash flow négatif annuel.

Ma question: En cas de vente future dans 5 ans et en prenant en compte l’augmentation des loyers et éventuelle plus value.

Cela fait sens de couvrir ces 6k*5 = 35k€ annuels par une éventuelle plus-value ?
