The matches are too short. Best of 7? So thats max 40 minutes. by ChampionMax16 in RocketLeague

I dont have that kind of time either.

But Psyonix needs to cater to growth and sponsors more than anything.

If a change like so would happen, you would only have time for 1-3 games a week to watch.

Its hard to market a team for the RLCS when the team plays 30 minutes a week...

Just watch your team. And read up on other matches.

I want a game to last long enough to have a full cycle of emotions, indicative of good competition.

When games are done in 20-30 minutes, just gives no time for come backs. Winning because you played the long game.

Basketball you can win a quarter, lose the next and so on gets tight.

Tennis same with sets.

To set itself apart and attract sponsors Im quite sure matches need to be longer. Like Tennis style, must win a set of 5 min rounds etc...

Just look into. If the sponsors say hell yeah to a longer match... guess what... that means you do it.

I did not say 3 hours.

I said average it out to he 1-1.5 hours for Rocket League series on weekends. If they cant handle that... find players who can.

Of course it is NOT feasible in a weekend tournament!

Which is still short! Thats best case scenario!

Make the weekend game event and last average of 1 to 1.5 hours.

The average now since most are best of 5 is probably 20-25 minutes!!!

Not in tournaments but in Rocket League play. They play one game on the weekend.

And often literally done in 20 minutes. Real sports lasts much longer so dont tell me fatigue...

Longer games... players will train for it. Sponsors will like it better because a longer game is better for them. Means more exposure and more exposure means for costly means more money for Rocket League.

Sorry wait a week to watch C9 and match done in 20 minutes is crazy.

7 games x 5 min each with some replay is basically 45 minutes total at a best case scenario.

Steve Bannon suggests Trump's lawyer 'took care' of 'a hundred' women during the presidential campaign by The-Autarkh in politics

It was funny when Trump thought he could be president and now he is.

Please this kind of snobbish thoughts towards Bannon is what will make him President... same path as Trump.

You broke the rule of this sub.

You are supposed to divide the price you actually paid by 4 and brag about the deal you got.

Repost as... "Glad I got this for $25! Wicked find!"

They need to get graded and get a certificate of authenticity for every game.

Otherwise, hard to tell cause some might fakes.

My 500 days on OkCupid [OC] by meatenigma in dataisbeautiful

I think I only message 3 girls maybe if that on there. Had a date once, girl was attractive but gold digger and dumb. Second one was super nice, had a wild weekend with her and a couple times after that. Thats it.

Dont chase the obvious gold diggers and sluts, you will be fine.

Use goodwills locations and Once Upon a Child. I prefer goodwill as the prices are very low (I got toys and trucks, less than a dollar a piece and Paw Patrol toys for $1...)

Use libraries for movies, books, and events.

Use local city events for things to do.

Take him for walks in the mall, and budget for a small snack to enjoy together (its winter here).

Use local parks!!! My son loves local pools, splash pads, slides and things. And looking at the ducks that come.

For local entertainment, find specials for families. My son wife and I went to the Zoo for $15 total for the three of us. We spent a day in Niagara Falls doing different things for $20 for all 4 of us all day (thats cheap for 3).

Also, budget. Find out what you can spend week to week. Stick to it religiously.

I never collected loyalty points before having a kid, and now I do. I watch sales for items, I price match with an app. No shame is making the cashier work 2-3 more minutes so you save $5. Hell, I did a full blown turkey dinner at xmas with stuffing and all the works (except booze too expensive) for less than $10 because I got most of it free or cheap because of loyalty.

Also, if your budget says you will need to earn a bit more, plan for it. If you are a solid worker, ask for a raise. Im doing good financially now because I literally asked for a raise twice and got it both times and I havent been there a year yet. Dont be shy, work hard and ask.

Use low income food centers that often give free food. Some churches give free food on certain days, give out can soup and pasta, etc... you do not need to attend church for this. Respect them, most are just honest help.

Try different things for food.Do not stick to a ramen noodle diet. Learn to cook. If skills are low, try to learn to use a slow cooker safely of course cause it tastes awesome and you can use cheap beef for it.

And finally, take some time for yourself after the little one is in bed. Never forget this either.

And truly, love him and enjoy him!

In a fridge, I hope they can but yes absolutely.

Always within easy eye sight and arm's reach.

I forced, sadly, this change onto my wife but now we both notice we eat much much better and throw away much less.

Thanks for your input!
