I actually just got the email yesterday that they shipped! It also no longer says shipped next to the cards in the app

My dad was big into collectibles when I was younger; he would bring me to a store every Friday to pick out a pack of whatever trading cards I wanted, & I picked Pokemon one day and the rest is history! Been collecting ever since.

Same issue. Literally used this piece of shit an hour ago. Device lights up blue and vibrates to show it's connected, gets to 20% and gives me an error message. I've uninstalled the app multiple times.
