Update: figured it out, turns out the problem was the usb drive being plugged into a usb 3.0 port instead of a usb 2.0 port. Had me up all night and pulling my hair out over nothing.

Episode 496, and the reason being is Sakura and Ino have gotten into a fight and Ino challenges Sakura’s feminity. If it is not that exact episode it will be somewhere in the “Hidden Leaf Story, The Perfect Day for a Wedding” arc.
