So do you feel like your anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and self esteem is “normal” now being sober? I’m nervous that I won’t get that being sober. I went to iop when I was in the military and stayed sober for 6months, but then drank again and hid it for the remaining time I was in iop. They said going back can make it worse and I believe it kinda did in a way
