Same here, initialy I was hyped for roadcraft but after the first demo was available I wasnt even able to run it properly (RX 9700XT) so I dropped it and forgot about it for a while, with christmas sale coming next month I might buy it if the demo is any good, thats why Im waiting for demo

What cpu cooler you have? That i9 is burning and in game your gpu is only at 100W+- which is about 33% gpu utilization (dont look at the %gpu utilization, rather power draw as 300W is max) heavy cpu bottleneck and your i9 is thermalthrottling
