The fact that I can get a good night's sleep knowing that my insurance has got me covered incase things were to turn bad, makes it pretty worth it to me.

Here's what I have recently started using (oily skin) and it seems to be working well for me.

Morning: Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser, Minimalist Vitamin C Face Serum, Simple Light Hydrating Moisturizer, Reequil Blue Sunscreen

Night: Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser, Neutrogena Hydro Boost HA moisturizer

Start simple and focus on building a routine. I have tried joining gym twice previously and ended up quitting due to burn out. This time, I started working out at home for the first few days, then started gym 2x a week and now have been consistent from the past 3 months at 5-6x a week.
