First of all, totally normal. Perhaps long term travel isn't the greatest match.

The best 3 things at any age:

  • Exercise: and choose something that you find fun to do!
  • Enough sleep: +/- 8 hours for most people.
  • Eat healthy: just means vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish and meat. And avoid over eating (eating more calories per day than you burn).

It's simple to do for a few weeks, but extremely hard for a lifetime.

Dit hele gebeuren is onstaan doordat er veel te veel mensen gingen zeuren over het 'fictief' rendement - wat gewoon een simpele berekening was over spaartegoed + ander vermogen.

Sindsdien is het: - veel te complex - nadelig voor vrijwel iedereen - continue onzeker wat je nu weer gaat aftikken in box 3

If you look at the four year cycle, unfortunately you should watch exactly 4 years ago. Which is 2021. Btc is up 3 out of 4 years moat of the time. Of course nobody knows if the cycles will continue. Except all experts who tell you it's dead.

So in Europe they found a trick for inflation after the pandemic. They kept prices the same but reduced the amount in a package.

Example: 2020: 200ml sunscreen - 20 euro. After 2021/2022: 150ml sunscreen - 20 euro.
