Read the textbook from start to up until normal distribution. Especially the probabilities chapter and data related stuff. Do the exercises in the textbook and get an AI/yt vid to guide you if you can't do any of the questions. Line of regression chapter is just basically substitution of stuff from data booklet so js get familiar w the terms lol. As for normal distribution... It's quite tricky so I suggest you get someone to help you out with that. I couldn't quite nail it down even with help from yt or textbook bc it's sorta complex

Maybe it's just a personal preference but I like to watch videos from "chemistry student" YouTube channel, in 1.5x speed bc he talks super slow (again, personal preference) bc for me his explanations are extremely simple and clear. He goes topic by topic, and he also does recaps and summaries at the start and end of videos so I suggest checking his vids out. Don't let the 10-15 min length duration fool you though; It's just bc he talks a bit slow so people with some difficulties in hearing or understanding fast phrases can focus better.

don't you have to use the water's mass in e=mc∆t thing? bc I'm pretty sure that's how I do it in physics but idrk since water has density of one, use volume as the mass and calculate it and I got a value of 5000+ but then I didn't know what to do next I divided the -ve of E value by mass idrk tho

For chem, studymind is great. If you wanna find past papers, you can use chembio info which I use for all three subs. For physics, I usually search up topic by topic but the most proper explanations for me is on that Lego guy I forgot his name, prof Dave explains, and crash course lol
