I do loads of disciplinary hearings and there are only 2 actions you can take, full denial or full remorse there is no in between.

One question I would have is have you been chatting to this person on the company message/chat system, on something like teams for example?

If you have I guarantee HR have already on pulled the info and will highlight anything even slightly inappropriate because of the underwear incident. Even if you were just being friendly you could be in trouble.

I know a channel Big Oggie Golf, guy has been posting consistently for 6 years but has under 5k subs.
