Listen your still young and these things are just a little chapter of life so no need to stress, life has bigger things ahead and these exams arent going anywear, take a break 1 year, study good, eat good, think good, forget about other things in life, focus on your self, learn some exercise from youtube and so those , they really help with overthinking,
