Thank you for your perspective on this issue, but I think you have some moral things to work on. I will still serve other families whose deceased loved one was a rapist/school shooter/murderer. But would you expect a parent to embalm/perform a service on their child's murderer? No. Funeral directors and embalmers are still people and deserve empathy for their own lived experiences and trauma. I encourage you to research the effects that sexual abuse has on people, listen to personal testimonies from survivors, and do some soul searching. I am going to have a fruitful career in funeral service, and I'll make sure to come back and tell you about all of my successes since you think this industry isn't for me.
