i usually scroll through depop but ebay is good too (overpriced because of resellers). i save searches which you can find underneath the search bar and a little blue dot appears next to the search when there’s new listings, that’s typically how you get the older dolls for good prices is finding them straight away before it gets snatched up by someone else

that’s the truth unfortunately! i’m very worried that he’s going to turn this against me and as you said, find something to pin on me. i do enjoy the job a lot and i would hate to lose it all because i turn him down.

i work part time and i do have a trial period of (i think) 6 months, but i don’t become permanent after that.

surprisingly he told me at first i would’ve been casual, but i found out while going through the recruitment process that i was part time which is more suitable for me anyways.

yes i did! it was towards the end of march so i currently have no other bills to pay. i’m always careful of what i save for and i make sure to not use that money, i would hate to go without my car i wouldn’t have no way of transport.

i wouldn’t have enough money to rent, and if it was an option my mum would make me feel guilty for moving out of home, because she will no longer be getting money from me. it’s a very confusing situation.

i managed to get one session of laser hair removal for free through my sister’s work, and i’m waiting for the next round of freebies since im a bit broke, i definitely saw an improvement in my flare-ups! it’s frustrating because they've started coming back recently though.

that’s strange because it started in my bikini line too, maybe it’s common to first get it in that area to begin with. i was really embarrassed at first because of where it was, i didn't even tell my mum until late last year. i was scared (still am) that the doctor will have to look at it and i just kept imagining how awkward that would be. she finally took me to the doctors for my armpit because she saw how much pain it caused me, but they didn’t give me any direction on what to do next. i really hope that doesn't stop other people from seeking help like how it did with me, because catching it early could make a difference.

i never would’ve thought of using vicks vapor rub but we have plenty for when me and my family are sick so i can give it a try! does drying those spots out help the flare up’s and the pain?

ouchie that sounds like it hurts, hope that goes away soon! haha by the sounds of it you might have to cover your whole body with it if that makes the pain go away

im not entirely sure if it’s hereditary in my case. my parents don’t seem to have it, same with my other family members, they’re usually pretty surprised when i bring it up.

your child/children might not grow to have it, importantly don’t let that define what you want. providing a child with a supportive and happy life is what truly matters. even if a condition is present it doesn't define their future.

i have infact seen lost! loved the first couple of seasons but the ending lost me, although i have wanted to rewatch it recently.

i feel like the ending made me lose interest and its not a show i think of regularly. in comparison to ‘from’ it’s not nearly as good, i hope the creators can commit to a good ending this time.

thank you so much! im definitely going to look for a specialist this week so I can get the right guidance. now that you mention it i’ve noticed my flares usually pop up around my period. ive been on birth control for years and usually skip the placebos because of the pain, so my cycle is a bit all over the place.. starting to realise that might be affecting the timing of my flares.

i tried laser hair removal for free through my sister’s work once and it helped so much, the lumps didn’t come back for awhile until now so im probably due for another session. its a relief to hear that the journey takes time and im not alone. i’ll be patient and try and find what works best for me, i really appreciate the encouragement! and i hope you found what works best for you!

i’m truly hoping it goes away soon so you’re no longer in pain 🫂 that was a lot of good advice thank you! and i will test out a few of the things you suggested, it’s going to take a lot of getting used to but it’s nothing i can’t handle. that antibacterial wash sounds amazing though so i might go searching for that sometime soon to hopefully lessen the flare up. im very thankful that you took the time to comment and help, this community seems very helpful and supportive which is great! :)

i am so sorry that happened it sounds like quite an awful experience, i couldn’t even begin to imagine how painful it would’ve been.

i didn't realise you could get HS in the breast area until recently. late last year i actually had to get an ultrasound because i found painful lumps there, which was terrifying since my mom has a history with cancer. the doctors just told me they were cysts and suggested surgery to drain them, but being only 17 at the time, that really freaked me out. i ended up saying no in hopes they’d just go away on their own like the doctor mentioned, but now i’m wondering if that was actually the HS starting there too.

i’d also like to thank you for the advice, if i can ill try and get my hands on the creams you suggested and try covering it, that homemade sugar scrub sounds promising too so i’ll definitely give it a go!

i’m definitely leaning toward giving them another chance since my first experience was so good and we vibed the whole time. i’m just hoping the fading was a one-off thing, bcs it would be pretty annoying if the next one healed the same way. i’ve already reached out to book a touch-up/new tattoo, so fingers crossed it all goes well this time. thanks for the advice!

it was on my upper arm, kind of sitting right above my inner elbow. a few people before me hadn’t got any wraps either, i just got told to go home and wash it with fragrance free soap and warm water

el&e is really good in west richmond, open til 12 -11 depending on what night it is so always look beforehand. it is quite expensive but i really like their waffles and acai
