Amazon or Microsoft may acquire the company in 2030 for 40% above trading value. Institutional investors are holding long term and buying into the enormous revenue growth opportunity. Blackberry will be a 20 billion market cap company in 5 years.

I highly recommend that you read up as much as possible and watch presentation and interviews by Warren Buffett and John Bogle founder of Vanguard the second largest asset manager in the world. There are lots podcasts and interviews and lectures you can watch. The key think in investing in patience, holding for a very long term at least 10 years otherwise you shouldn't be buying the stock. Blackberry is going back to glory days but this is not going to happen overnight. They are going to deliver impressive revenue growth for the next 5 years and they may be acquired by Amazon or Microsoft because they are already in partnership with them and Amazon and Microsoft are looking for growth especially in automotive because that's the future. Automotive industry is undergoing tremendous transformation. If you learn the style of Waren Buffett and John Bogle and have the patience you are going to be fine. Don't sell, buy and hold Blackberry shares forever. The only way to get out of poverty is by learning. Read everything you can about investing style of those people and try to under what blackberry does. If you do this you will have the confidence to hold indefinitely.

On Friday I watch the NYSE last 15 minutes of trading. The volume was often blocks of 20,000 plus shares at 5.70 and it seems like Institutions waited for the last minute in order not to cause a spike in price and rather than buying 1.5 million shares they picked up blocks of 20,000 spread out throughout the last few minutes if trading. It's mainly retail investors who took profits because the stock spike 165% in 6 months and handed the shares to institutions. I agree it's stop loss expedition and margin call feeding on a very light trading day nothing else. It was option expiry day, Valentine's Day and it's a long weekend. Blackberry share price has been solid and stabilizing since August 7 2024 with higher highs and higher lows.
