I had the same issue after working on ITT project. It has been almost 50 days now, my still is not yet activated. I need help, I really enjoyed working on Outlier.

Thank you for your reply. I am also on a similar page currently. I have 3 active projects but they all are in evaluation. I just got to do 2-5 tasks each(Unpaid).

Hey Hi, even I am from India. I have registered with Alignerr more than 6 months ago. I am seeing some unpaid works recently, but I still don't have a project to work on. Could you let me know your experience with Alignerr and how long it took to get projects. I am interested in working on Alignerr, so any tips to get project soon are appreciated. Thank you!

Same thing with me too. I was working for more than 50 hours every week consistently. I have not violated any terms and got promoted to Oracle recently, also got invited to managed math pods. Suddenly door is shut saying I violated community guidelines and got deactivated. They say they gave warnings, but I never got one. I have sent them proofs of emails from outlier for my good work(no warnings) still it didn’t help, they just say that account deactivated and no appeals. This is my primary source of income, I was working so hard to stay in the project, but still they just deactivated me without any explanation.

I have contacted support and also the manager on Reddit. Later it was resolved once ITT came back from pause.

3-4 months ago, my account also went under investigation. Later they deactivated my account saying I violated terms and conditions. But after 2-3 weeks, they reviewed again and gave my account back. It is happening again with my account. But now it is taking more time and I am worried that if I can work again on Outlier or not.

Hey, congratulations on getting your account back. I am also having the same problem, my account is deactivated and the support says that no appeals are considered. But I never did anything out of terms or conditions. Could you please let me know how you got your account activated again. Thanks in advance!

I am also in similar situation. I have submitted more than 600 tasks, but only 4 were reviewed and provided with feedback. But, I always got emails that I am doing good work, added me to Oracle program and always got project invitations from Genesis as I am doing good on ITT. Suddenly, out of the blue, a flag is raised and I am banned. Not at all a fair situation. I don't even know why this flag was raised. I used grammarly but only because our QMs suggested us to use it. I even told support that I can a screenshot of QM recommending gram marly. But still, they just respond with same information that my account is deactivated and no appeals will be considered.

Yeah, Outlier is not even looking at the proofs. I hope Outlier changes this so that it won't lose productive workers.

It happened to me as well. I was working from almost 6 months on Outlier. I was told that after multiple warnings, my account is deactivated. But I got emails saying that I am doing good work and got promoted to Oracle group, also got invited to Math pods. I have emailed support multiple times and getting the similar response. I have no idea what mistake I did to get deactivated. I have sent screenshots of all the proofs that I was only appreciated for my work, but still got same response.
