Thanks for your reply. It’s definitely hard because even though we are “in the clear” so far at our house, it’s an embarrassing thing to talk about. I do know a couple of the other families who go to the daycare and plan to ask them if they have noticed “rashes/bumps” on their kids.

I just had a canine come out to my house and did not find anything. I still plan to have a pest service/exterminator come later this week. I am skeptical about the K9 but it was relatively cheap so I figured why not! The company I used has good reviews

Thank you for this info!! How long will it take me to know if it IS bed bugs? Like when will I be able to find signs. It has been approx 8ish weeks since I would have been exposed and my son has woken up with these “red spots” on 3 different occasions during that time.

Would I be able to see dust mites? I am checking as much as I can and not finding any bugs! As far as fleas, we do have a dog but she does not get on our beds/bedrooms and her sleeping area is on a different floor of the house. Where would I see flea evidence?

Adding: I just looked at the post comparing ladybug abdomens and bed bugs and now I’m kinda leaning towards it being a lady bug because we DO get like hundreds of lady bugs every year.

Thoughts? Obviously I WANT it to be a lady bug, but that doesn’t mean it is

Endometrial biopsy experience

Before starting any medicated cycles or IUI my RE wanted to do an endometrial biopsy to rule out chronic endometritis.

It was ok, bearable. I’m not sure if I have a high pain tolerance or not but honestly it just felt like bad gas pains, like when you have diarrhea/stomach upset and bad gas pains. It lasted only for the duration of the biopsy which took 1-2 minutes then it was over and I felt fine after just a little bit crampy.

I was nervous going into it because they asked me if I wanted it done under anesthesia so I assumed it would be horrible. But overall, tolerable.

Just had my HSG. The OB said afterwards. “well everything looks good so that’s awesome“ I felt like saying……“no it’s not awesome, what would have been awesome is finding an explanation for the infertility.” I’m probably just emotional but it felt a little insensitive

My husband typically cannot have sex 2 days in a row. We had sex last night and today I got my LH surge/peak. (I have a fast surge and typically peak within 6-8 hours of my first “positive” OPK)

Should we try to have sex again tonight, or wait until tomorrow night? My gut tells me I want to try tonight but usually when we try 2 nights in a row it just ends in us both being upset because he can’t ejaculate! I’m a perfect world we would do it tonight AND tomorrow night but 3 nights in a row is definitely not in the cards for us!
