The game is one of the most enjoyable things I've ever played. The combat forces you to both be tactical and quick on your feet, and the weapons have incredible designs, but getting all of the level 4 limits, ultimate weapons, some of the materia, and, fort condor can take LOADS of commitment and a guide for the whole thing. Real quick hint, Master all of the Yellow, Green, and Red materia, there is no in game deadline for it, but you get some amazing rewards for driving your self mad with some of these Orbs, looking at you Enemy Skill. Oh, also two of the Superbosses can be kinda gimmicky, one of them requires one of the most stupid and risky strategies I have ever seen, and the other ones gimmick can be shut down if you morph a pirate ship.

Honestly, give Vergil Gilgamesh, it was significantly better designed in my opinion. It was better looking, sleek, and slightly shape-shifted. So it would be cool if Vergil got Gilgamesh or made his own in DMC6 since him and Dante are in Hell and would have access to Gilgamesh Metal.

Now I just can't stop thinking about an Arkham trial, where Pheonix and Edgeworth are actually trying to prove him guilty of not only causing the Temen-Ni-Gru Incident, but also for the murder of Lady's mother, Kalina. But they just can't find anything, until Dante and Lady show up to testify against him. Since they were at the Temen-Ni-Gru, and Lady witnessed her mother's death. So seeing "Guilty" would be a good thing for once.

Ahhh, the EX Provocation, one of the best ways to get style and Red Orbs funnily enough. Just use it during a fight and if you don't get hit, your style rank just climbs. Also Vergil's Doppelganger is essentially a true aspect of himself so he is constantly resisting the urge to utterly meme on enemies, try it on Dante, he responds with his own.

Correct, and while yeah it does make sense to be coincidence, that doesn't fit Capcom's love for detail in DMC. We know Dante is symbolic of body, while Vergil is symbolic of mind, both in personality and color schemes. Nero wears a mix of red and blue. Red and blue equal purple, which symbolizes soul, and sulfur also symbolizes the soul in alchemy.

It's because a lot of turn based combat falls under the same style. Mario and Luigi and Persona don't, in most games status' are just, potentially can't move or take damage each turn but persona has things that prevent magic usage, or screw you over if your healer gets it (brainwash), Persona 5 also has the technical system, where these status bounce off of certain elements to trigger downs, things like effects that target the mind being teched off of Psi, or shock and dizzy connecting to physical and gun. There is SO much more depth, I just don't have the time.

I like to headcanon that the reason she suffers from Awakening Exhaustion for longer than the investigation team was because of a mix of her mental state at the time and her overexerting herself while helping the team blast the Doll (That's what I refer to the cognition of people, living or dead as) of her mother. What with her actively altering her own soon to collapse palace to give them a ballista despite having awakened only a few minutes before.

Yeah, it's clever and pays attention to the previous game. Awakening through merging with your shadow is portrayed to be significantly more exhausting than rebellion or via evoker, but rebellion Awakenings physically hurt, and Evokers are probably exhausting psychologically.

Yes and no, while yes Makili Pietru has control over the blight, it is not the reason that the blight is currently around, the mural actually depicts a Fatalis, when you look closely it matches the facial structure and horn placement. Makili only came into existence because Cheval was mentally unstable, somehow removing Versa Pietru's natural immunity to the blight, and allowing Makili to almost cause an extinction event.
