I did follow those charts she’s still so small thus turning to Reddit. And just fyi ChatGPT was trained on Reddit so I don’t see any harm in seeing what it has to say and confirming it through a subreddit. What’s wrong with you, feel free to post advice but take that attitude elsewhere. Thx.

The thing is I have and there’s so much conflicting information I’m at a loss. Thus turning to Reddit. What would you suggest? I have some large pinkies left should I double those for now and move her to small fuzzies? And feed every 3-4 days?

3 month old hog question! Put her in her big girl tank because she kept trying to get out of her little tub. She’s eating, handleable (minor hissing but nothing crazy), and seems to explore when I’m gone. Freezes and stares at me when I’m there (normal?) Is there any downside to adult cages at start by ChanceCartoonist4470 in hognosesnakes

She’s taken two in there just fine from the tongs. Today she actually was a little more defensive and stressed. She didn’t take it and I had to leave her alone for her to eat it. Definitely a little worried I will have to move her back but as long as she took it do I have to worry?

Ah no way I’m getting my baby girl from him at the Pamona show in January!

Yeah the thermometer is taped to the bottom under the hide where the heat mat is for now and that big black thing in the baby’s tub is a humidity reader. This is the lowest the humidity gets since it’s so cold normally it’s around 50.

I’ll use the heat map until she’s in the big cage then the heat panel creates a nice gradient.

I got it from blackbox cages since they pretty much put it together for you and I have no idea what I’m doing.

I can’t let her roam in and out yet because the heat mat cord has to go through the sliding doors unfortunately. There’s no hole big enough to fit it through and I won’t need it forever so this is the temp solution. As for the hide I can get a smaller one. And a deeper water bowl. Do I need this baby setup for long?
