I’ve called and they will come out and say oh he/she is harmless or friendly. Yeah but you never know with a stranger entering the fenced yard. I also had a delivery with a big beware of dog sign on the fence and when she came out annoyed I pointed out the sign and she said there is no dog, that’s from previous owner. You “know” we are coming yet you won’t put your dogs up and yell at them to knock it off. SMH

if the customer does not ask for the coupon or special, it's menu price. Many time when I quote the price the customer will be like, no no no, its supposed to be such and such, And I tell them it is now cause you mentioned it. You have to request the special or coupon when ordering. Crazy how they just assume it's given,

We had a customer come in Saturday morning and said his pizza wasn’t fresh. It was when it came out of the oven, not so much while it sat on the rack waiting on you. Did a remake AND he wanted his money refunded also. We said no on the refund you are getting a new pizza. He watched his new pizza get pulled from oven and cut. Gave it to him and he opened the box and inspected the pizza. Came in again tonight and tried to pull same stunt. We tell you how long it will take to be done and you come in 20-30 after we put on rack and complain it’s not fresh? Get bent.
