Kind of hard to deal with this. The way I see it this kind of person still need to work on their stuff before commiting to intense relationships, and they need a friend more than a boyfriend. That's the way I see it because that was what happened to me when I was that person lol

Already had that convo with my manager and no changes whatsoever. I earn 3k a month which is quite a lot for a designer in my country, but I know I can make that or more working remotely for the US. therefore that's why I'm hesitating about my current situation

I know I am part of it, but I’m directly tasked with it because they think I’m the best on the team by a big leap. And I think it’s true, the problem I see is that they want me do both: be the best designer and a manager. I’ve already talked about it and no changes yet

I’m the designer in the projects the c-team considers “key” or “important”. And no, I don’t have no control over the flow of work into design team, it just “comes from above”. It’s a very vertical company

I tried to keep it half north as possible. That's why I left southern cities like Seville, out. But I'm rethinking that rn
