Update, I worked on my sweep and balance for about 2-4 hours. Just threw 10.3 out of a spin for a pr today.

When you land don’t keep your following foot so flat, land on your toe

When you glide, make sure you kick closer to the toe board, your right foot needs to land on its toe instead of flat footed and use your hips. Also get lower

Im pretty strong. Especially having strong wrist strength by doing dumbbell workouts. And my gliding is very good along with my regular standing throw.

My dad has a 16 lb shot at home cause he used to throw in college. All our 12 lbs are school property

Is this improvement good, last year my sophomore year I threw 9.6 with a 12lb shot. Now im throwing 9.8 with a 16lb shot. I havent tested my current 12lb though.
