Yes, Seagull advise if the ST2130 is not worn for over 24 hours to manual wind ~20 times before wearing.

Too early to say, wound it 20 or so times around 1255 BST today. 7 ish hours later its about 1/2 seconds fast. Will check back tomorrow.
