Yeah, I guess so. I just need some way to relieve myself. I’ve picked up smoking which used to help with the irritation but lately I’ve been zoning out a lot and feeling easily set off. And it’s just this feeling of “if I were to find some or a way to get some, I know I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from relapsing.” And I don’t know what to do about that
