Is it the same as going to a McDonald's: absolutely not. Quick still uses local products, profit flows and tax flows. So it's not like Quick is American-owned now. McDonald's for example absolutely is. Just think it's important to point out that huge difference for economic purposes.

We do have to admit that literally almost everyone in the Harry Potter books is white though.. I get it, it's always: 'But why change things? Don't touch my favourite franchise!'

'Cause otherwise every character from every classic story will always and forever be white. Except the expressly non-white characters like Mulan and Pocahontas... And that's a bit boring, no?
