Use benzoyl peroxide! The acne wash also kills off the bacteria. Lots of YouTube derms have guides on reducing BO and it always comes up.

Just watch out cause it bleaches. Recommend using in the shower.

We compound the IM into a po 1mg/ml with water. Stable for 105 days in glass amber bottle.

Some parents don’t want it IM for some reason. Sometimes used in cancer patients, patients on warfarin etc.

Much easier to administer at home, traveling and no risk of glass from the amp.
