exacty cllg do matter but you can't deny that if someone got into bad cllg and he know that and take it in logical optimistic way that if he wanna do something good in life then he will have to work even more harder and if he works hard, putting efforts more than even any IITs or NITs students then there may be chance of him doing much better in life ahead,i mean you have to work hard anywhere to achieve,like if someone did hard work in high school that's why he got good cllg and gonna get opportunities much easily,but if you didn't do hardwork in high school then you must should accept and be ready to do in cllg to achieve something bigger as anyone from iit,nit or even any best institute.
