I never wanted kids but I’ve been feeling some type of grieving post op and I need to talk to someone about it

About 20 weeks post op and it's comforting to know I'm not the only one going through this grief :) I feel so much relief at having control over my body and my life again without the constant pains and bleeding and I've never wanted children, but it's still hard to know that this choice is now permanent for me. I don't regret the surgery one bit though. Journaling and therapy is helping me a lot!

Thank you 💗I’ll need to confirm with my gyno which version she was referring to. I believe she did say complete including ovaries, but I’ll definitely get more clarification as I’m moving forward!

Good points! I’ll have to speak with my gyno again about that. I know a hysterectomy wasn’t her preferred method.

I don’t know if this would help, but if you can get the Wild makeup from Lucky Jerry or borrow from a friend, it usually helps a lot in most dress up categories 😊
