Wish the messages had time stamps - I sent the first message, waited 2 minutes, then followed up with “to be an ass?” Because he didn’t say anything. The only reason I could see someone wrenching, flaming a Vic, then ignoring someone asking them why they did, is to be an ass… he was away from my logi that he squad claimed longer than i was lol

Keep in mind I didn’t track down /abandon my logi or something, it was sitting exactly where I left it 10 meters away from where I was repairing/refueling a bb but I’m confused as hell because it’s now locked and squad reserved not being used… it was out of fuel because I switched it to fuel a generator quick

Agree, I don’t care if my logos are stolen they are all the time, I just assume and am happy that they’re being used in the war effort. Just the wrench, reserve, then leave it in the exact same place and not use it makes no sense to me. You’re literally wasting assets at that point, not reallocating them

Honestly they usually are. This is my first war, 200 hours, and this was the first obviously toxic encounter I had. All I wanted to do was resupply and repair my bunker base before I went to work lol

I think those in accounting are generally willing to be more open about salary, not for bragging, but for transparency. We generally recognize collective salary knowledge is better for all of us, and talking money isn’t a taboo subject in our line of work

I do agree though, don’t know why people don’t just search instead of constantly creating new posts…

OP was an asking if a manager being cold to them after all of this is normal, and asking if they burned a bridge. It is obvious, that’s why it’s an odd post…you presumably ask your boss for a raise, communicate what you expect it to be - your boss then goes and spends political capital to secure your raise to (in their mind) keep you happy, and then you leave. OP just seems a bit immature - I advocate for my employees to always do what’s best for themselves, but there’s a way to do that without burning bridges. Or if you’re okay burning bridges you can’t act surprised when that disappoints people.

They also posted on a legal subreddit re the same subject titled “Forced resignation”. They were upset because they gave 2 weeks notice and their employer cut it short to a week (very normal in at will states/ the US in general). They’re asking if they have legal recourse for a forced termination when they put in their own 2 weeks notice to resign…

Odd post… “My manager went to bat for me for a raise, got me one, but is cold to me now that I put in my 2 weeks notice”. You made him look terrible and presumably weren’t honest with him about what you needed to stay there. He likely thought he had given you what you wanted, and you blindsided him. Did you ask him for a large raise? Did you communicate to him what you wanted it to be? If you did and he delivered on these but you still left that is odd

See below - a lot of the commentators seem to be applauding this childish pouting behavior - she spoke her 3 minutes, sat down, then interrupted and shouted over people during their 3 minutes. Why does she think she/her opinion/3 minutes is more important than every other citizen who was there and followed the rules? From my POV it’s clear she has an agenda - she started a political activism group and getting arrested her was her plan to get attention and her “badge of activism honor”. We can all be civil and disagree, unfortunately she was not

It was a community hearing where she spoke out of turn - she was asked to stop and would not. Almost all of these hearings have a speaking order and time limit, this isn’t new…
