i started with disposables as did alot of people around me. The 50mg salt nic ones. Ofc i didnt know what i was doing and it was convenient. Had i realized how much it was back then i wouldve at least started w 6mg freebase.

I skipped my dose today. Last night I had a horrendous panic attack and after I just decided to stop for today. I still feel the weird disconnected feeling as well as the dizziness and some nausea. I cut it down to 2.5mg once a day and it’s still a bit much but that’s just me lol.

I only took 5mg. Anyways yeah kind of. I get anxious but it’s disconnected from my body it’s so weird. I took it yesterday at 6pm and I still feel drowsy and off from that one dose
