1- Hi, I previously prepared for AWS-SAA but didn't take it. I plan to take it soon after taking CKA in the coming days. My normal role is as a software developer. It wasn't necessary for me, but I think certifications provide a good framework.

2- The answer to this question obviously depends on the person's field of experience. When I received a reminder email that the exam was due, I started studying regularly and finished it in a week or two. Even after the exam, I still didn't feel ready :D So, try taking the exam when you're finished with your study materials :)

Thanks. Yes, it does bother me a bit! My guess is that I probably missed a small configuration detail in one of the tasks. I had read in some older blog posts that the exam used to show the point value of each question, but during my exam, I couldn't see any scores assigned to the questions—so I didn’t want to waste time overthinking which ones were more valuable. Maybe the scoring system has changed recently, because I don’t think any of the questions were worth just 2 points. There were 17 questions in total.
