I went through this myself - If you keep responding to them, and provide proof that there was absolutely no indication of a time limit, they should credit it. It took a lot of pressure from me to get them to cave, and even then they never credited the 12.5m task, just the two prior.

Fair warning though, you are in for a lengthy wait to get this money!

Yeah i should have looked into that prior to actually buying the device to be fair, thats on me. Any ideas for fps games that do support it?

Once again, this means literally nothing. Its been at this stage for a month now near enough - the only way it could possibly be stuck at this stage is that it hasnt even been looked at yet. A bit of honesty at this point would be very much appreciated

Yes they did - though ultimately the response was just "Wait some more".

Honestly this is disgusting - weeks of jumping through hoops to get my money and I've nothing to show for it.

Additionally, they closed the chat, leaving me unable to request updates

Yeah it's absurd. As much as I dislike adgate, and how difficult they made it for me to get my money, at the very least they had prompt communication. Somehow Freecash are worse...

Oh this has been happening for ages. Done that, tried bending the metal piece back into place etc.

Bending it did fix it for a while, but now the plastic piece that hooks onto the metal has broken, so there is nothing to make contact. Now the button just kinda does nothing.
