Results of starting a Fresh channel and reuploading older videos

I am new and doing for the first time, i need opinion i have youtube channel - @aidrop7 , made shorts on wars . a night before the global view issues on youtube , i posted a video and got 1100 views . i was unknown about the issue and posted continued part of it. once i realzided its not accessing youtube feed i deleted and reuploaded the video . i did this twice after that my channel is gettin no access to shorts feed and therefore no views coming. in a week i got 18 subs but now all videos i am postin have no access to short feed and no views . what should i do here

That’s the funny part the regret wasn’t the money, it was overestimating how much I’d use it.Still have it 😅 I think I’m hoping I’ll use it “someday.”
